Dr.
Debbie Francis

I view therapy as an opportunity for people to enrich their relationship with themselves and the world and to explore and understand their challenges. I have over ten years of experience in the field of mental health with a specialty working with adults and older adults. Life transitions can be difficult and nobody should have to face them alone. I can help you whether you are struggling with issues of depression, stress and anxiety, sleep disorders, relationship conflict, divorce, parenting issues, anger issues, career changes, life transitions, bipolar and mood disorders, grief and loss, elder person’s issues, LGBT issues, addiction, trauma, psychosis, impulse control disorders, or end of life issues. I am genuinely interested in helping people move through difficult times to emerge their best selves with new coping strategies to independently resolve difficult challenges in the future. My kindness and curiosity make me a helpful therapist who can guide you gently through life's transitions and obstacles.
